I built from scratch an application that allows employees to anonymously report workplace misconduct — mobbing, corruption, financial abuse. The entire process is encrypted and fully anonymous, so an employee can report an issue without fear of consequences. The product complies with the requirements of an EU directive that, since 2022, obliges every company with more than 50 employees to have such a reporting channel.

Designed and built an advanced web application acting as a tool that lets users independently design and visualize multi-level inserts for board game boxes. Implemented an interactive, three-dimensional environment with dynamic 3D model rendering and real-time geometry modifications (finger cutouts, ramps, compartments). Implemented client-side STL export and application state serialization to URL. Prepared the application as a module for an online store selling board game inserts.
